Refund policy
Return and Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable consumer protection law, we accept returns only for products that arrive damaged. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
Reporting Damage — Within 24 Hours
Please inspect your order upon delivery. To request a return under our damaged-on-arrival policy, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing silmisolutiond@gmail.com.
Please include:
-
Your order number or proof of purchase.
-
A description of the damage.
-
Clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging, where possible.
Please retain the item and its original packaging, where available, while we review your request. Do not send the item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
The 24-hour reporting requirement applies to our store policy only. It does not limit statutory rights, including rights relating to defects that become apparent later.
Return Process
We will review your request and contact you with the next steps. If a return is required for an approved damaged-item claim, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange return shipping at our expense, together with instructions on where to send the item.
Refunds
We will notify you of the outcome after reviewing your claim and, where required, inspecting the returned item.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
If your refund has not appeared within 15 business days of approval, please contact silmisolutiond@gmail.com.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory rights under applicable law, including any rights to cancel an online purchase or obtain a remedy for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods. Where applicable law provides broader rights or different deadlines, those requirements take priority.
